Now in her 20th year of serving mothers in the New York and New Jersey area -- as well as in her native Brazil -- Angela Lessa offers complete doula services, women’s circles and new moms support groups, consultations in breastfeeding and postpartum challenges, and prenatal yoga instruction. 

As her clients move into new phases of life, Angela is expanding her practice to meet their needs, making each transition a new birth of opportunity and contentment.
